Every year the city of Calgary puts on the biggest, baddest, craziest, agricultural and outdoor show on earth. Each July in Calgary the population increases by at least 100,000 people in support of the Calgary Stampede. Every hotel, motel, bed and breakfast, camping spot and rabbit hole have no vacancies and good luck parking near the grounds!
I am so proud to say that for a couple of years now, my very own Mr. Confessions has been a part of the Rotary Club Dream Home Giveaway we know as the Stampede Dream Home. Mr. Confessions own a stone installation and masonry suppliers company and has been the stone mason for one of our leading home builders for many years now. Homes by Avi is the sponsor of the dream home and both Mr. Confessions and I are proud to be a part of their company and the giveaway. If you're a hockey watcher, the boards around the arena in the Pengrowth Saddledome also have sponsorship from Homes by Avi.
And this year's Dream Home was no exception to the wonderful creation Homes by Avi comes up with every year! Beautiful design, lovely decor, and excellent craftsmanship. And yes, all the rock installed by my Mr. Confessions and his able crew! His logo is on the banner in the second last column, the second down (MW).
