Special Find

The giveaway mentioned in this post is now closed.  Thanks to all who entered!

This is a quick post...  While out and about to my LQS yesterday I found a highly coveted fabric made popular by the cover quilt on Kathleen Tracy's newest book Remembering Adelia.

The quilt is and Orange Peel and the border fabric is the one many look for to make theirs match the one in the book.  Well, looky, looky, looky what I found!  However, there is one slight difference...  The fabric in the original quilt has pale blue wavy lines and this is pale green wavy lines.  Kathleen recently mentioned it in a blog post commented about the same topic.  She even states that it is hands down the most requested fabric from all her small quilt designs!

So, since I brought home quite a bit, I'm giving some away to one lucky winner!  You got it!  Leave a comment below for your chance to win.  Please make sure that when you leave a comment you use an account that allows me to reply/contact you.  If you do not have the ability to do this, please send me an email with your contact information after you have entered.  If I cannot contact you after the drawing, you will forfeit your win.

The draw will close Sunday, September 12th at 9pm Mountain Time.  The winner will be chosen by random draw on Monday, September 13th.

Good luck!

The giveaway mentioned in this post is now closed.  Thanks to all who entered!

What fun fabric. I have seen that book before but it is funny that I really did not look at the border fabric but I like it.

The waves are too pretty.

You don't have to enter me in your giveaway (even though I commented) as I wouldn't know what to do with the quilty stuff. :)
