I was blessed this week to receive TWO awards for the Versatile Blogger that is often passed through blogland from one blogger who loves to read about another. Earlier this spring I was selected by a reader for this award and carried it forward. Thank you to both Kari from The Purple Quiltapotamus and Wendy at The Calculating Quilter for honouring me once again with this award. Even though I haven't been very faithful to writing new posts (due to a bout of writer's block and a busy schedule) the past couple of months I am so thankful that there are others out there who have similar hobbies, thoughts, cares, and aspirations to my own. So, thank you also to all those who read secretly and those who follow publicly. You make my blogging experience worthwhile and validate the things I hold dear in a very real way.

Congratulations again Heather!! I'm so behind on reading my blogs lately! I have also experienced some difficulty with leaving comments on some blogs, they just seem to disappear when I click the publish comment caption, blogger must be having issues again!!!
